Ordering Transformers
WE WILL INVOICE you via email. For payment we use PAYPAL services or you may pay by check. Since shipping costs are not always known at the time you place the order, be aware that you will be invoiced for shipping when we are ready to ship.
PLACE YOUR ORDER USING EMAIL. Send it to: ElectAudio@cox.net. We are more than happy to discuss your particular needs on the telephone, but it is best to have your request in writing so that there is no miscommunication. All transformers are hand crafted for each order. When you order we need to know the following: 1) model number from list, 2) voltage for each winding,3) amperage requirements for each winding,4) impedances, and 5) transformer use.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING is normally United Parcel Service (UPS). OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS are sent air via the US Postal Service (USPS). Please contact us to determine shipping costs and delivery times.
PAYMENT must be received prior to our making your transformer. All prices shown are US Dollars and payment must be US Dollars. Shipping may be charged at a later time when weight and packaging costs are known.
RUSH ORDERS may be subject to a 20% surcharge to move your order to the front of the line. Product specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices may also change without notice in part due to the changing cost of materials.
